Why can't I create a case? When I ask to create a case, it does not provide me with the case form as outlined in the video.

When asking to create a case, this is the screen I get

    I am also trying that, but it is not accepting my password. When I click on spiff

    , I receive an automated email to reset it using Agentforce help, which is not working for me.
