I have a Screen Flow that is launched directly from a button/Quick Action

The Screen Flow contains a
Data Table displaying multiple records, followed by a Radio Button component and the Flow's navigation buttons.The problem occurs when the Quick Action modal becomes smaller, for example on a smaller screen or browser window.
The Data Table has its own vertical scrollbar, but the Screen Flow itself also gets a vertical scrollbar.
As a result, there are two vertical scrollbars:
I want only the Data Table to have a vertical scrollbar. I don't want the Screen Flow itself to have an additional vertical scrollbar.

So if someone launches the from a smaller screen or browser window how are they meant to navigate to the bottom of the screen?
