Q: Looking for out-of-the-box churn modeling while migrating to NPC. Also exploring fundraising insights (currently in Tableau via workflows). Since Einstein Prediction Builder feels outdated, is there something more current to use out of the box?

A: The legacy prediction model lived in Einstein Discovery. The key to making it work well is having the right data and being willing to iterate — you might assume your data will "tell the story" on the first run, but you'll likely need to refine and re-run the model as you learn more.

A: Mostly by staying plugged in — listening for upcoming events, attending user groups, and building connections with others in the community.
