For an embedded service deployment with enhanced chat V2 (to be used for an agentforce agent on a website), is there an easy way to customize the button label ("Ask Me Anything") and the chat icon SVG? Or what are the steps to change it if it needs to be done in the chat code snippet so I can easily explain to the website developer? Thank you for any help you can provide!

You can't change the icon on that button today (as far as I can tell) but you can brand it.
Use Branding to change the Chat Button colors.
Use Custom Labels to change the message (English/General/All/Standard) - change the "Ask me anything" label.
