whenever i want use custom label in salesforce screen flows i don't have any label option in global variables how can i slove this problem

You should create new resource in your flow. First step; open your flow then click manager (like ı send screenshoot)  

Select:

• Resource Type: Formula
• Data Type: Text ( what do you want fill the text)
