I'm curious if anyone has developed (without using Einstein) contact summary reports to include a contact's interaction/history with your organization. We want to be able to create one-sheeters on our contacts to provide an overview of pertinent information, like volunteering, giving, attending events, etc.
Terry...I appreciate it. I think if I study the logic behind the formula AND do some more research on building logic formulas in Salesforce I might be able to produce something. Once upon a time I built html pages based on Access reports for a previous employer by copying other's similar formulas and code I found on message boards--I have to say, the HUB help is much kinder than anyone I ever met via Microsoft's msg boards for that project so I'm hopeful.
