Limit date parameter selection to current year/month

hi

Is it possible to limit date parameter to display only dates till current month date?

I've attached sample twbx where I calculate change % for current and previous month value.

The requirement is to show only past and current dates - no dates from future.

Can this be achieved with same results as attached?
