In Classic Email Templates, I have created the
Email template --> Order _confirmation_email. Now I want to send email alert in the flow. While Adding action item- sendemail alert, i couldnt see the template created by me.

under set up || navigate to Email alert. Configure an email alert which refers the template you have created.
Then refer the Email alerts in the Flow.
Please note that Email Alert and Email Template are different. As per screenshot, looks like you are searching for email template with Emailalert search selected
