Hello everyone,

I have a record-triggered flow on Case Creation

First it has to check if the Case's queue has the same label as the label of a CMDT record

If found, the flow must update two fields on triggering case : A picklist field with picklistvalue1, and a Date field with value "Today() + *NumberInCMDT record*"

It works perfectly fine when testing in debug/creating case as System Admin

The issue is that my user assigned to web-to-case does not trigger the field updates. I tried to insert case with inspector, using the webform API, creating from New button.

This with the exact same tests records I used while testing as an admin, it doesn't work, each debug shows that my technical user running the flow doesn't seem to find any CMDT records. Or maybe it finds it but seem to be ignoring the decision who check if a CMDT record has been found.

The technical user profile is able to run flows, has access to setup and CMDT

Thanks for your help !

Hello again here are two screeshots 1st debug finest as me (sysadmin) Next with my web user : Big difference I see (but don't understand) is that web user can't seem to find records and then skip to tNext with my web user :CAPTUREDEBUGBLWEB.png

Big difference I see (but don't understand) is that web user can't seem to find records and then skip to the default outcome (I added in the flow the "TestAddrouge" to confirm it was not going through the right decision branch)

Thanks for your participation have a good day
