Is there any OOTB options available to transfer files uploaded in other languages into English language?

Hello @Vidya M
Salesforce does not have a direct out-of-box option to translate uploaded files into English. However, you can use Salesforce AI and third-party integrations to handle translations.
1. Einstein Translations Services can translate specific text fields but not entire documents.
2.Salesforce AppExchange offers third-party translation tools that integrate seamlessly.
3. External APIs like Google Cloud Translations or Azure Translator can be used within Salesforce via Apex and web callouts.
For automated translation of files' content, you will need a custom implementation using an Apex trigger or a flow to process text and send it to an external translation service.
