I have an autolaunched flow with a variable type picklist. How and where are the values in the picklist defined?

Hey @Roman Regmi, the Picklist variable holds a single value choice of your picklist field.

You can use that in your picklist field in screenflow as picklist choices and in your create/update element (based on your usecase), you can map the picklist field on the screen to the picklist field on your object.

In order to bring the entire picklist from an existing picklist field on an object, create a Picklist Choice Set and select the picklist/multi-select picklist field from there.
