I have configured survey in Salesforce: if a case goes to closed then I send a survey to the contact attached to my case. To do this I configured a flow with the send survey action. The send survey action fetches the email template lightning. From my email template, there's a button that the contact can click on to send them to the form's URL page. I can't find the survey url link. I see that there's a ‘survey invitation link’ field in the survey invitation subject line, but the link doesn't work and takes them to a salesforce login page. Can you help me?
Hello @Ian Stuart Thank you very much for your help! I found a solution via an article, I didn't know that Salesforce automatically generated an email template attached to the survey. So I was able to use it and it works.
