I am following the trialhead and have followed all the steps mentioned in Configure an Agentforce Service Agent.
Im trying to test the same but getting below error. Can someone help

Can you try the following steps and see if that works ?
1. Try a different browser
2. Ensure you are logged in the right playground and have access to it.
3. Try creating a new playground and see if that resolves your issue.
4. If all else fails, Contact trailhead support here
