Hello, I work for a non profit that has many workshops and trainings. Does anyone have experience setting up the Program Management Module for trainings? Also we use Google Forms, so information about a "Zap" between Google Forms and Salesforce would be helpful.

We use Jotform (paid account) instead of Google forms - but it integrates into Salesforce for free.
The difference is small (which company do you pay), but we really like the direct integration with Salesforce, and we generally find Jotform easier in terms of user-interface and designing forms.
