I have a date field that a user will input an expiration date. Once that date arrives, I would like the the value from a picklist to automatically change to Expired. How would I accomplish this?

Hello @Dave Meixell, you can build a scheduled flow running everyday getting all the records whose picklist value is different from Expired, and with expired date less than today. Then update the picklist value of these records collection with Expired value.
