We have a flow that sends an automatic email to a customer when we're waiting on a response from them regarding a case they have open. We have it so it comes from our company's email. However, I want to make sure the signature of the individual that's working on the case is included in the email. Is this possible to achieve?

    @Monica Raimondi Yes it will! You just need to reference the standard field "Signature" from the User in the flow, and any change the user does to the signature in the Personal Settings will be reflected the next time an email is sent.
