I'm currently working on optimizing our Case Comment process and would like to make two adjustments to the standard New Case Comment action within the Case Comment object:
Editing the Information Label: I'm looking to modify the default information label displayed within the standard New Case Comment action. Could you please guide me on how to customize this label?
Pre-Selecting Public Checkbox: Additionally, I'd like to have the Public checkbox selected by default when users create a new Case Comment. Is there a way to implement this functionality?
I've explored Salesforce's documentation and resources, but I haven't found a clear solution yet. Any insights, tips, or step-by-step instructions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
