I have to restrict access for user so that he can only view his own Opp's & Contacts.
OWD settings for these objects are Public Read only & Controlled by parent respectively. Without changing the OWD settings is it possible to achieve this?

Hi @Teja B,
OWDs are the baseline level of access - you cannot restrict record access beyond the access level granted by OWDs. You may need a Private sharing model in order to accomplish this, which will likely necessitate other updates and sharing rules to allow your others users to continue to use the system the way they currently do.
