Change error condition formula

If I am looking to give another profile the ability to mark a box as Active then how would I change this formula? The profile ID I want to add is 00e36000000ampD.

 

Current formula:

(ISCHANGED( Active__c) == TRUE && $Profile.Id <>'00e36000001SMsy')

    I would use 

    AND(
    ISCHANGED( Active__c), 
    $Profile.Name <>'Profile X',
    $Profile.Name <>'Profile Y'
    )

    or

    AND(
    ISCHANGED( Active__c), 
    CASE($Profile.Name ,
    'Profile X', 1,
    'Profile Y', 1,
    0 = 0
    )

    I would use AND(ISCHANGED( Active__c), $Profile.Name <>'Profile X',$Profile.Name <>'Profile Y')orAND(ISCHANGED( Active__c), CASE($Profile.
