I am unable to upload a featured topic thumbnail, can't figure out why as it keeps giving me this same issue:
We encountered an error while uploading this image. Please try again. Has anyone gotten this error? I've made sure the image is the correct size, didn't have an issue in the builder in a sandbox, this is production.
Please advise!

I am having the same issue. I tried jpg and png files that are 385 x 385 px.
