My MuleSoft Composer is facing the same recurrent issue in the last few months, no pattern has been identified so far. 

Issue: Every 2-3 weeks, one or more Composer Flows are stuck in status "Deactivating" when we try to deactivate the flow and make changes in the configuration.

It's stuck in a nowhere land - it isn't active or inactive, so we cannot sync records. The only solution has been to raise a case to the Salesforce Support team, and it takes them 8-10 hours to deactivate (force stop) the flow in the Salesforce/Composer Admin Console.

 

Has anyone faced the same issue? I would like to inform the product team, it seems a recurrent issue.

    Hey @David Sánchez Carmona so sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to get in contact with someone from our engineering team and they mentioned that, although a bit troublesome, the best course of action at this time is to submit another ticket with support so that they can continue to monitor and try and reproduce the issue. Additionally, if you have examples from past 2 weeks *(not including those you already reported) - please also include this in the case so we can look retroactively, too! Again, apologies for the inconvenience, the team is motivated to get to the bottom of this!
