I'm looking to create a copilot action , example, to change a case's priority from 'low' to 'high' using Einstein's Copilot. Could anyone recommend a knowledge base, tutorial, or any helpful content on this? Thanks!

make an autoloanched flow that accepts a case id as an input then updates the provided case's status, then use that flow to make a custom action.
