So you know how the Last Modified Date field on the Opportunity record indicates the last modification made to either the Opportunity record itself or any related records. How do I get a field that indicates the last modification made to just the Opportunity record itself and ignoring any modifications made to the related records. Is there already a field like that? Or do I need to create a new field and create a flow that's triggered by an update to Opportunity and update that field there?

Do you have DLRS in your org or some other record triggered flow causing it?
