Hi. I'd really appreciate if someone has an answer for my question below.
I'm now willing to get a certification about Communications Cloud (previously Vlocity product?) .
However, it looks like SFDC has not launched their Communications Cloud certification program in Japan.
I'd like to take an exam of it even in English. How can I do that?
Or does Communications Cloud certification can only be given to SFDC partners when they passed the PLC(Partner Learning Camp) ?

Just to reiterate you need to reach out to people in your company who handles Partner Portal. They will be able to give you access for PLC.
