Hi community,
I just started with Store Information About Your Customers unit from Accounts and Contacts module. Here is my issue:The unit instructs to save while the org expects to provide some SLA details. Can someone help/guide to go about it. Thanks in advance :)

This problem encountered because all these fields are mandatory so you have to fill some information in those field.
To eradicate this problem from page layout of that object unmark the mandatory checkbox from those fields which are giving error.
