Can't see "Test Database" in Setup > Data Management > Test Database for my profile

In the Database.com workbook under Tutorial1 it states that - 

Now create a test database to use in subsequent tutorials in this workbook.

1. Click Data Management > Test Database.

2. Click New Test Database.

3. For Name, enter Workbook. Ensure that Type is set to QA Database, and accept the defaults for everything else.

4. Click Start Copy.

But I am unable to view this "Test Database" link under "Data Management". Is it a problem with my profile or is it some setting that is required to view this ? Can someone please help me with this ?

    Hi Suman,

    I've tried to find the workbook you mention but I've not been able except for a Spring 13 workbook edition. Anyway, it seems that you don't have the correct license to work with database.com.
