We have scheduled a recipe to run after event (ie when local connection gets synced completely) . But after analysing we found that the recipe starts in between the local sync ( ie sync is in progress) . So we are missing on new data.

I've seen this behavior of event based scheduled recipes (or dataflows) before. In these cases, the objects which are relevant for the recipe have finished synch while other objects of the connection (not relevant for the recipe) were still in the process.
