Hey @Farhath Afreen, are you still looking for a solution or clarification on publishing your CTI integration?

If yes, here's what you need to know:

CTI Integration with Salesforce – React JS App

It’s great to hear that you’ve successfully integrated your own CTI product with

Salesforce, using React JS without Apex or LWC. Since you’ve already tested it with Amazon CTI Adapter and RingCentral, you’re on a solid path. However, when it comes to publishing this in the Salesforce Partner Center

, there are a few important considerations.

    1. Can You Publish React-Based CTI to Salesforce AppExchange?

Yes, you can publish React-based Open CTI integrations to AppExchange—but there are requirements:

    • You need to wrap your React softphone inside the Open CTI interface, which runs in the Salesforce Utility Bar or a Call Center definition.
    • The softphone must be served from a trusted, secure, HTTPS endpoint.
    • Your integration must meet Salesforce security review standards, even if it doesn't use Apex or LWC.

    2.

Steps to Publish in Partner Center

To publish your product on AppExchange via Partner Center:

    • Join the Salesforce Partner Program if you haven’t already.
    • Create a Managed Package (not mandatory for CTI softphones but helpful for metadata).
    • Go through the Security Review, especially since the integration handles voice and customer data.
    • Prepare documentation and test cases for review.

    3.

Things to Validate in Your CTI App

    Before submitting:

    • Ensure compatibility with Salesforce’s Open CTI JavaScript APIs
    • Handle call control events properly (answer, hold, transfer)
    • Maintain UI/UX within Salesforce utility bar layout
    • Follow Salesforce CSP and iFrame security rules

    Need Help?

If you're looking to scale or accelerate your go-to-market, companies like NovelVox have experience building certified Salesforce CTI connectors for platforms like Cisco, Amazon Connect, and RingCentral. They could help validate your architecture or even co-publish depending on your goals.

Let me know if you need guidance on the partner submission steps or want help reviewing your integration against Salesforce standards.
