So within my Accounts object, I have a related list titled "Primary Market". Primary Market is a custom object and it's master object is Account.
I want to make the Primary Market mandatory, so that the user has to complete all fields when creating a new Account. How do I accomplish?

It's quite difficult to achieve this since they are in 2 different objects.
One thing you could do is to have a specific page layout on creation only with some extra required fields on th epage layout (same ones as in Primary Market), so the user creating an account will have to fill out those fields.
Once done, you can change the account record type through a flow so the page layout changes without those fields.
In the same flow, you could create the Primary Market record, making sure you populate the master detail field with the $Record.Id (accountId)
