Hello Outlook / Einstein activity Pros.
I would like to send and receive Emails to my Leads/Accounts/Contacts via a Shared Mailbox out of Outlook (such as info@firm.com)
is there any way to Sync the Shared Mailbox ?

I don't know if there's a confirmed answer for this. It appears this is now supported with the regular Outlook Integration (which wasn't always the case): https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.app_for_outlook_user_shared_mailbox.htm&type=5
What I don't know is how this would work with Einstein Activity Capture unfortunately. It might be worth logging a case with Salesforce to confirm, if you don't get confirmation from others on here. If you do, if you could kindly share their response as that would help others with the same question.
