What is the SQL query we need to use in automation studio if we want to add few columns in it?

You can use the following basic query for this but looking at your field requirements these fields belong to _job data view in that case just add _Job instead of yourDataviewName if that's not the case then use your DE.

SELECT SubscriberKey, EmailAddress, Status, FullName, LastName

FROM yourDataExtension
