Hi everyone, I am trying to create a monthly email notification in the Sales cloud that contains a dynamic dashboard with the user's information presented in the form of graphs.
As I learned the hard way, there is no way to send such an email - dynamic dashboards do not support subscriptions. Has anyone had a similar issue, and are there any workarounds other than manually loggin in as every one of my users and subscribing to it on their behalf? Thank you
I found a work around for this !!! Create a Schedule-Triggered Flow:
Select the start time & frequency
Select Object "User" and refrence the User Role you want to receive this email
Next add an element, Action (Filter by type), Core Action, Search Send Email
Under Body please select add new resource, type, Text Template, select, view as plain text and write up your message and add the link to your dynamic dashboard.
Then add the email subject, and under recipient email addresses search record, and the email.
Save and activate and you are all set!
