I wanted to have a link to the incident so that it shows only the record without any list view provided. I have used the following link to go directly to the CR record but it does not work with the incident HYPERLINK(" "& Name &"&record_id=" & Id & "&isdtp=vw&isServiceCloudConsole=true",Name,"_blank"). Can anybody please help me to go to incident page direct link navigation without any list view display.
