When students complete a JotForm application to join one of my organization's programs, the details of their application are added as a new record in our "Student Information" custom object. I want to be able to send mass emails to the students who applied, but there seems to be no way to email records in a custom object. Is this correct? Could I convert or map the "Student Information" custom object records to leads or contacts and then email them?

This can definitely be done fairly easily with Flow as long as their email address is captured in the Student Information record. You would just have to be mindful of daily email limits. Approximately how many Student Information records are created/day?
