Hi all,
in the FSL dispatcher console GANTT chart we would like to show for each service appointment(yellow box in the pic below) the value of a custom text field "FullName__c" on service appointment instead of the name of the service appointment "SA-0107". If it´s not possible to replace it we would like to add this additional text after the service appointment number.We don´t like to hover the service appointment box to get that detail.
How to accomplish this? Thank you in advance.
Hey Daniel, there is a Gantt Label Field (Text) on the Service Appointment, which can be filled in manually or through Automation. If there is a value in that Field it will override that default SA - 0107 value you have highlighted in your screenshot.
