Hi everyone, I am PM for Search on Salesforce B2B and B2C Commerce. As part of our efforts for improving search relevancy and product discovery experience for buyers/shoppers, we are introducing a brand new capability called Semantic Search. This feature leverages Machine Learning and NLP to enhance the understanding of what shoppers are searching for, which improves conversion rates and reduce buyer frustration. While at the same time it can reduce merchandizer workload via auto generation of synonyms thus eliminating the need to manually manage  search dictionary.  Currently we are taking nominations from B2B LE customers for joining this pilot. If you are interested in joining this pilot program or if you need more information then please reply to me directly here and we can sync on next steps.

Hi @Dylan Toomey - thanks for your follow-up. Commerce Cloud Semantic Search is currently available only for B2B and D2C Commerce (see use cases at https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.comm_ai_search.htm&type=5). It's not part of B2C Commerce and we are not planning to add this to the products in near to mid term. However, B2C Commerce provides a rich feature set of AI Search capabilities like Einstein Predictive Sort, Einstein Search Dictionaries and Einstein Search Recommendations (https://documentation.b2c.commercecloud.salesforce.com/DOC1/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.demandware.dochelp%2Fcontent%2Fb2c_commerce%2Ftopics%2Feinstein%2Fb2c_commerce_cloud_einstein.html&cp=0_9) which are going into a similar direction as Semantic Search.
