How to setup product opportunity schedule

Question

How do I set up the Opportunity Object to be able to input a total quantity for a product and then schedule it out evenly for the next several months?

When I select "Enable Quantity Scheduling", then I also select "Enable for all Products", and then Save.   But when I go back to edit "Product Schedules" to check it, the "Enable for all Products" is now un-checked?  Why does it not stay checked?
