We have installed the Pardot App in Zoom and when trying to configure it it asks for UN/PW and API User Key. I know where to find the user key, but none of us have one. Why would we not have one?

Based on the description I believe they are attempting to connect using the "old" method which relied on Pardot login. This will no longer work. Now you have to install the Pardot app from the marketplace and you have to follow the instructions for Salesforce OAuth Authentication. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206003126
