does onmi-channel support working with WEChat?
if not:
1. what solution do you recommend to integrate it to Salesforce?
2. how we ca integrate assignment for WeChat cases using omni-channel?

Amit Strikovsky (WEDO) This isn't a native capability. There are vendors on the appexchange that offer solutions which do integrate with omni-channel. Also here's a video/demo posted on salesforce via Charket.
