Hello, I'm trying to create a validation rule based on picklist values. I am fairly new to formulas and below is what I came up with. If any of the below picklist values are chosen then the user must fill out Opportunity Lost (Explain) field. Any help is greatly appreciated
AND( OR( ISPICKVAL( StageName, "Closed Lost"), ISPICKVAL( StageName, "Lost-Product"), ISPICKVAL( StageName, "Closed-CoreFX"), ISPICKVAL( StageName , "Lost-Pricing"))) ISBLANK( Opportunity_Lost_Explain__c )

Hi Bella, you're really close! I would try this, which should fire if the Stage is one of those 4 values but the Opportunity Lost field is blank.

ISPICKVAL( StageName, "Closed-CoreFX"),
