Can you add anything extra into the + button in the outlook plugin? I can see where to customize the email pane but don't see this as a option. Also can you create any custom buttons in the outlook plugin. I have a custom button on the contact record so when creating a opp it has prefilled fields and would like to utilize this in outlook also. Thanks guys.
- Go to Outlook Integration And Lightning Sync
- Expand Let users access Salesforce records from Outlook
- Find Email Application Publisher Layouts
- Create New or Edit an existing one
All the available options are based on the "Global Actions" so if you want to add new fields/remove fields or change the layout then go to Global Actions to edit the action you need.
You can also create new actions from Global Actions and use them in outlook.
If you change the global actions you are also changing the actions from the + sign in Salesforce
