Closed Won Opportunities within 18 Months

I need a formula checkbox set to TRUE if an Opportunity is Closed Won AND Close Date falls within 18 months.

Stage

CloseDate

    Keiji gives the right answer as long as you mean 18 months FROM NOW. if not,please clarify.
