OAuth 2.0 Hybrid App Flows for Salesforce Mobile Apps and Mobile Publisher Apps

​​Mobile SDK 9.1 supports OAuth 2.0 hybrid app flows per https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.remoteaccess_oauth_hybrid_app_token_flow.htm&type=5.   

• Are the Salesforce mobile apps (Salesforce for iOS, Salesforce for Android) going to use the hybrid app flow now? 
• How about Mobile Publisher apps, are they going to use the hybrid app flow now?
