Hi, our opportunity name is automatically generated upon creating the opportunity.
It is a combination of code + opportunity number + internal dept name + customer name.
When we update the customer name, the opportunity name does not update.
Seeking support on how to fix this.

1. You mean when you are on Account and update its Name? If yes then, you need to have automation on Account edit, which will update related opportunities.
2. If you mean, that you update Account Name - lookup field on the opportunity, then you need to check your automation on Opportunity, which should react when Opportunity is updated and when Account Name is changed
