I have a question regarding lunch break. Is it possible to set up multiple breaks for the service resources? Currently I have set up Automatic Break Scheduling for half an hour in Resource Availability Work rule. Instead of creating one half an hour break, I would like to create two 15 min break for the resource. Could you please let me know if that's possible?

Unfortunately this is not possible using the OOTB Resource Availability Work Rule. In order to accomplish you would need to create your own custom automation to create the 2 breaks based on certain criteria and you would want to remove the ability for the Resource Availability Work Rule to create the break automatically. Before even going down that route though I would create two breaks manually for a resource and then run through a series of tests including manual drag and drop, appointment booking, etc... to ensure that the behavior is what you expect. Normally the scheduling logic considers the breaks to be movable events based on appointments being scheduled. Now that has been my experience when using the Resource Availability Work Rule which is why I would recommend testing with some manual breaks first.
