1) None of us can find a Send button/link in Lightning. I found an old reference that said Send wasn't available in Lightning, but Picnet assures me it's been updated.
2) None of us can use the new Lightning e-mail template designs for Campaigns, just the old versions. Lightning e-mail templates do not show up when selecting.
The Soapbox version has been updated to 1.15. Picnet support figures it must be some permission(s) missing, but doesn't say which.
Guidance would be appreciated.
