The problem is that they are NOT the same organisation - "Saxum International Foundation" (SIF), the currently running member of the PoU Hub, was split last year into two companies: SIF (based in Italy) and Saxum Ltd (based in Israel). Salesforce is only used by the organisation in Israel (Saxum Ltd) and they are having legal problems because they are using licenses granted to an organisation based in Italy. We need to change that! Either we change the registration of the 10 current Salesforce.org licenses from SIF to Saxum Ltd (which I'm told only the Account Executive can do), or we apply for licenses for the Saxum Ltd org.
I was advised to do the latter - and now PoU s telling me we cannot get them because they already exist for that organisation: they don't they are different organisations - one is a Foundation and the other is Cultural Institute.
Can you help us, please: it's nearly a year since we started trying to transfer the licenses from SIF to Saxum Ltd, and the Israel authorities are getting impatient.
