I am trying to setup Levels for "Major Donors" and "Lapsed Major Donors". The criteria for both are the same: Minimum Amount >= 5,000 and Maximum Amount < 10,000
The "Major Donors" level uses the source field "Total Gifts Last 365 Days". That worked....level was created. I'm now trying to build the level for "Lapsed Major Donors" using a different source field. I'm using a field called "Lapsed Donor Largest Gift". I am getting the error below. Anyone know why I can't have Levels with the same ranges when they are pointing to 2 completely different source fields?
Are you pointing both at the same TARGET field? in order to have two sets of levels running concurrently, the Source Field, Level Field, and Previous Level fields all have to be different. If you need to see that information together in one field, you have to get a little fancy with formula fields after you set up the levels.
