In my Org, I click on "All Contacts" list view, and no contacts show up (This just started happening).

But I can find my contacts under "My Contacts" - which leads me to another question:

Are "My contacts" the contacts I have inputted into Salesforce, and other users' contacts won't show up under list view "My Contacts"? (I wouldn't know yet because I'm setting it up for my company and am the only one so far who has inputted contacts.)
