When I go to my profile and click on the person listed, it brings up an error page.

Also, should there be an email associated?
We had some conversations with one of the sales directors for nonprofit solutions, but haven't heard from him or our previous account rep since 7/30 (2 weeks). My emails did not get an out-of-office either.
